Build relationships with interior designers, architects, design consultants, facilities managers, and procurement teams to understand briefs and design intent.

Develop specification strategies, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and secure endorsed products for projects.

Create CAD/BIM content, technical data sheets, samples, and documentation to support procurement.

Deliver CPD sessions, product demonstrations, and design-led presentations to specifier audiences.

Tender support and value engineering to balance design integrity with cost and lead times.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet timelines and can be produced to specification.

Stay current with UK building regulations, fire performance standards, sustainability frameworks (BREEAM), and product compliance (UKCA/CE).
