Mark founded SRS in 1989 having previously being in the Contracting, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors of the Construction Industry throughout his career.  Having experience in all sectors Mark has extensive knowledge which he uses to assist our Consultants to ensure they fully understand the requirements of both Clients and Candidates and is passionate about maintain an unsurpassed level of service.  Mark takes great pride in finding new ways to improve SRS, he was instrumental in developing SRS Executive and our bespoke Management System which allows us to find the best talent for our Clients and exciting career opportunities for our Candidates.
