Job Title                                               PROJECT MANAGER – JOINERY

Job Description

Our client is a leading Joinery Manufacturer and due to expansion, they are seeking a dynamic individual to join their  team as Project  Manager. Ideally you would be experienced in Joinery Products it would also be an advantage to have a good understanding of the construction sector. This position is a Senior Role so will require an experienced individual that has the ability to  ensure seamless project delivery and serve as an internal link between customers, internal teams and production.

 

 

Reporting to: Managing Director   

As Project  Manager you will be focused on managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, fully compliant, and technically accurate. You will oversee a dedicated team, working closely with estimators,  production  and clients  including Interior Designers, Main Contractors, Developers, Fit Out Companies, Construction Companies & Architects.

 

Key Responsibilities as Project Manager

  • Oversee end-to-end order management for multiple customer projects
  • Liaise with the production team to confirm technical details
  • Collaborate with the production team to understand product features and benefits
  • Ensure all projects are delivered fully compliant
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Maintain & expand your database
  • Manage and support your team that are responsible for project administration and technical order processing

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Joinery or specialist manufacturing
  • Proven track record in Project Management with direct customer interaction
  • General Construction knowledge essential & knowledge of the Construction sector
  • Strong team leadership and organizational skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer focused with sound commercial skills.
  • Good IT skills & PC literate and experience with Microsoft Outlook
