<p><strong>If so, we are working with a well-established supplier of heavyside building products who are looking to appoint a Sales and Project Manager to help them capitalise on opportunities across the South of England. </strong></p>
<p><strong>                                                </strong></p>
<p><strong>The Role </strong></p>
<p>You will be responsible for the sales of our Client’s products across a defined territory, the Sales &amp; Project Manager will develop and manage a comprehensive project pipeline to ensure territory sales targets are achieved and exceeded.</p>
<p>The role requires proactively raising the company’s profile among key stakeholders within the region. This includes engaging directly with architectural practices to influence product specification, while building new and strengthening existing, mutually beneficial trading relationships with building contractors and developers.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Specific duties would include:   </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Sales of all company product ranges to meet agreed budgets through the successful specification that lead to completed orders.</li>
<li>Project Tracking: Desktop research and extensive outbound telephone call levels inline with company guidelines (minimum 3 days a week, office based, time commitment on this source of pipeline development)</li>
<li>Successfully progress planning leads provided by the company for future target projects from architectural stage(s) through to contractor stage and subsequent successful order won. 100% ownership of own project pipeline.</li>
<li>Identification and follow-up of new sales opportunities through new contractors, developers, sub contractors and clients</li>
<li>2 days per week minimum field based activity in face to face (and where appropriate video conference) meetings in both office environments and construction site settings to secure commitment, develop relationships, promote and secure order and periodically</li>
<li>CRM / Project tracking database management with detailed project notes.</li>
<li>Management of current orders to ensure they run effectively, timely and to the benefit of the business – Correct management of site schedules, ensure call offs and additional product orders placed.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record in selling heavyside building products</li>
<li>Experience managing a defined sales territory and achieving revenue targets</li>
<li>Demonstrable success in developing and managing a strong project pipeline through project tracking</li>
<li>Experience influencing product specification with architectural practices</li>
<li>Established relationships with building contractors and developers</li>
<li>Background in the construction or building materials sector</li>
<li>CRM and pipeline management capability</li>
<li>Full, clean drivers license</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>If so, we are working with a leading manufacturer of Drainage and building products who are looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to join their team with responsibility for promoting their solutions across the Northern region. </strong></p>
<p><strong>                                                </strong></p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting our Client’s high-quality, market-leading range of building and drainage solutions by generating project opportunities and building relationships with key target customers to gain product usage.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Specific duties would include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop existing relationships and create new ones so that our Client is the customers 1st choice for their range of products.</li>
<li>Understand the specification process.</li>
<li>Track and follow up on project opportunities from Tender stage</li>
<li>Raise the Company’s profile within its existing key stockist base, setting up business plans and sharing project information.</li>
<li>Deliver training and product presentations to Contractors and Merchants.</li>
<li>Be able to negotiate prices within agreed parameters to give the company the best margin opportunities.</li>
<li>Dealing with customers’ day-to-day requirements.</li>
<li>Knowledge of reading site drawings would be helpful.</li>
<li>Promote and sell new product ranges.</li>
<li>Achieve agreed targets.</li>
<li>Where necessary, assist with New Product Development areas.</li>
<li>Identifying key installing contractors, setting up trading terms and building long-term business objectives</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required </strong></p>
<p>In order to be successful in this role, you will need experience in dealing with one or more of the following: Main Contractors, Roofing Contractors and Architects along with experience in managing key merchant accounts.</p>
<ul>
<li>Self-motivated individual who can work well either on their own or in a team in a highly proactive sales environment.</li>
<li>Ability to manage your own area, introduce tailored customer business plans to drive sales forward.</li>
<li>Track record of Solution Selling</li>
<li>A clean drivers’ licence is essential.</li>
<li>Previous experience as an AREA Sales Manager or similar field-based role</li>
<li>Competent IT skills are required, will need to know how to use MS Office &amp; Outlook.</li>
<li>Good communication skills with a friendly approach are needed.</li>
<li>The ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail is a must.</li>
<li>Sound commercial acumen and an ability to communicate with colleagues and customers to assist the closing of sales opportunities.</li>
<li>A high degree of professionalism and a good understanding of specifier, contractor and merchant relationships is required, with the ability to communicate at each of these levels where necessary.</li>

<p><strong>If so, we are working with a leading manufacturer of Drainage and Water Management Solutions who are seeking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to join their team with responsibility for promoting their products in the South Central regions. </strong></p>
<p><strong>                                                </strong></p>
<p><strong>The Role </strong></p>
<p>To promote our client’s high-quality, market-leading range of Commercial Drainage Solutions, gaining product usage and exceeding budgeted profit and sales targets.</p>
<p>The primary focus of the role will be maintaining and improving relationships with existing distributors along with developing relationships with Key Main Contractors, Architects, M&amp;E Engineers, formwork contractors, roofing contractors and Merchants by following through a large number of opportunities through project tracking where our Client’s products can be specified.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Specific Duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Project management (Including project tracking) is a key part of the role</li>
<li>Raise the Company’s profile with the customer base outlined above.</li>
<li>Develop existing relationships and create new ones so that the brand is the customer’s first choice</li>
<li>Raise the Company’s profile within its existing key stockist base, setting up business plans and sharing project information.</li>
<li>Look for new stockist opportunities.</li>
<li>Dealing with customers’ day-to-day requirements.</li>
<li>Promote and sell new product ranges.</li>
<li>Hit agreed targets.</li>
<li>Where necessary, assist with New Product Development areas.</li>
<li>Identifying key installing contractors, setting up trading terms and building long-term business objectives</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Understanding of the specification process with Public Health Engineers and Architects.</li>
<li>Ability to deliver training presentations to stockists, product presentations to Contractors and CPD presentations to Consultants/Architects.</li>
<li>Be able to negotiate prices within agreed parameters to give the company the best margin opportunities.</li>
<li>A knowledge of reading site drawings would be advantageous</li>
<li>A self-motivated individual, who can work well either on their own or in a team.</li>
<li>Clean drivers licence is essential.</li>
<li>Competent IT skills are required (MS Office &amp; Outlook)</li>
<li>Good communication skills with a friendly approach are needed.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure with an excellent attention to detail is a must.</li>
<li>Sound business acumen and an ability to communicate with colleagues and customers to assist the closing of sales opportunities</li>

<p><strong>If so, we are working with a well-established supplier of heavyside building products who are looking to appoint a Sales and Project Manager to help them capitalise on opportunities across the South of England. </strong></p>
<p><strong>                                                </strong></p>
<p><strong>The Role </strong></p>
<p>You will be responsible for the sales of our Client’s products across a defined territory, the Sales &amp; Project Manager will develop and manage a comprehensive project pipeline to ensure territory sales targets are achieved and exceeded.</p>
<p>The role requires proactively raising the company’s profile among key stakeholders within the region. This includes engaging directly with architectural practices to influence product specification, while building new and strengthening existing, mutually beneficial trading relationships with building contractors and developers.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Specific duties would include:   </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Sales of all company product ranges to meet agreed budgets through the successful specification that lead to completed orders.</li>
<li>Project Tracking: Desktop research and extensive outbound telephone call levels inline with company guidelines (minimum 3 days a week, office based, time commitment on this source of pipeline development)</li>
<li>Successfully progress planning leads provided by the company for future target projects from architectural stage(s) through to contractor stage and subsequent successful order won. 100% ownership of own project pipeline.</li>
<li>Identification and follow-up of new sales opportunities through new contractors, developers, sub contractors and clients</li>
<li>2 days per week minimum field based activity in face to face (and where appropriate video conference) meetings in both office environments and construction site settings to secure commitment, develop relationships, promote and secure order and periodically</li>
<li>CRM / Project tracking database management with detailed project notes.</li>
<li>Management of current orders to ensure they run effectively, timely and to the benefit of the business – Correct management of site schedules, ensure call offs and additional product orders placed.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven track record in selling heavyside building products</li>
<li>Experience managing a defined sales territory and achieving revenue targets</li>
<li>Demonstrable success in developing and managing a strong project pipeline through project tracking</li>
<li>Experience influencing product specification with architectural practices</li>
<li>Established relationships with building contractors and developers</li>
<li>Background in the construction or building materials sector</li>
<li>CRM and pipeline management capability</li>

<li>Accurately record activity, track opportunities, and monitor account performance using CRM and Management Information (MI) systems.</li>
