Due to continued success, currently hiring for a proactive and relationship-driven sales professional to cover the East Anglia region, with a strong focus on growing and maintaining business across the area.

 

The Role

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for the sales of a leading range of structural building products across an assigned territory. Your objective will be to develop new business, manage existing accounts, and increase market share.

 

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including builders’ merchants, housebuilders, contractors and specifiers.
  • Support and contribute to account growth strategies and territory development plans
  • Manage a pipeline of projects, providing quotes, technical support, and timely follow-ups
  • Promote the company’s full range of products and services, positioning them as the go-to solution in your area
  • Track activity, opportunities, and outcomes using the company’s CRM system
  • Provide product and market feedback to the wider team to support continuous improvement

 

About you

The business is seeking someone with:

  • Proven sales experience within the construction, building materials, or structural products sector
  • A natural ability to build long-term relationships and provide value-added service
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the drive to go the extra mile
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across your region
