<p>Due to continued growth and increasing demand across the service side of the business, my client is looking to appoint a high calibre Chiller &amp; HVAC Service Engineer to support service activity across the Midlands and North.</p>

<p>Operating remotely in the field, you will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding, repair and general technical support across my client’s equipment and, where required, other manufacturers’ systems.</p>

<li>Work across applied HVAC systems including chillers, refrigeration, air conditioning, air handling and associated equipment</li>
<li>Complete service activity efficiently while maintaining excellent technical and customer standards on site</li>
<li>Liaise closely with customers to provide updates, technical feedback and a professional service experience</li>
<li>Submit site reports, timesheets, expenses and associated paperwork accurately and within required timeframes</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with the Service Manager, Service Support team and other engineers to support productivity and service response</li>

<p>Candidates should ideally have experience and attributes including:</p>

<li>Proven track record in the service, repair, maintenance and fault finding of chillers, heat pumps, AHUs, dehumidifiers or other applied HVAC equipment within commercial, industrial or other technically demanding environments</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of broader HVAC systems such as refrigeration, air conditioning and air handling equipment</li>
<li>Turbocor knowledge would be highly advantageous and may justify salary flexibility, but is not essential</li>
<li>Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability</li>
<li>Previous experience working autonomously in a mobile field service role</li>
<li>Good communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with customers and colleagues</li>
<li>Ability to work on your own initiative while remaining aligned with internal service processes</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions focused approach</li>

<li>Existing or transferable relationships with consultants, HVAC specifiers, HVAC contractors, FM providers and commercial, industrial or specialist end users across the region</li>
<li>Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, both externally and internally, and work collaboratively to develop engineered solutions</li>

<li>Engage and grow relationships with M&amp;E and HVACR contractors, consulting engineers, HVAC specifiers, system integrators and commercial end user clients</li>
<li>Identify priority markets, emerging technologies and high growth segments within commercial and industrial HVAC</li>
<li>Develop repeat project pipelines through specification driven and contractor led routes to market within commercial and industrial HVAC</li>
<li>Manage opportunities through a structured sales process aligned to growth, EBIT and profitability targets</li>
<li>Influence decision makers across contractor, consultant and end user networks</li>
<li>Promote technically robust, energy efficient and value driven solutions</li>

<li>Proven HVAC or refrigeration sales experience within commercial or industrial projects</li>

<li>A strategic, commercially disciplined sales professional comfortable developing national pipelines</li>
